Apurva Parekh obtained his BS in Electrical Engineering from Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn , N.Y. , USA in 1973. He worked for 3 years in USA with American Totalisator Co. , a 100% subsidiary of General Instruments - a Fortune 500 company. On his return from USA, he worked with Tata Institute of Fundamental Research for 2 years as a Visiting Member.
Apurva Parekh has been involved with the Infotech Industry for 40 years. He is the founder of Essen Group of Companies, a pioneering company in the Infotech arena in India. Besides having been the Vice President of Manufacturer’s Association of Information Technology (MAIT), a body created for the proliferation of Infotech Industry in India, he has also been the founder President of Gandhinagar Electronic Zone Industries Association. Apurva has also been a member of the Board of Governors of Bombay International School. |

Manoj Lekinwala has completed his M.Com in 1984, Chartered Accountancy in 1985, LLB and Company Secretarial degree in 1986, holding first rank among all students from Gujarat University. Mr. Lekinwala has been a highly successful practising Chartered Accountant since 1986 and has expertise in Public Issue Management for companies such as Umacon Agro Ltd., Dinesh Agro Products Ltd., Gandhinagar Hotels & Leasing Ltd. and others.
He has been instrumental in introducing computerization and MIS to over 50 companies including Government organizations in Gujarat.
Mr. Lekinwala has also been associated as President, Trustee and Director of various social organizations and has raised large sums of money for distribution amongst the needy. |

| Keyoor Bakshi - Director |
Keyoor Bakshi is a graduate in Commerce & Laws and a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is presently a practising Company Secretary at Ahmedabad. He has over 30 years experience in the areas of corporate laws, finance and management. His areas of expertise include Corporate Governance, Corporate & Securities Compliance Management, Due Diligence, Mergers, Acquisitions & Takeovers, Public Offerings of Securities, and appearances before the Securities Appellate Tribunal, Company Law Board, Consumer Courts, etc.
He is an Independent Director on the Boards of ASE Capital Markets Ltd., a subsidiary of the Ahmedabad Stock Exchange Ltd., Kiri Dyes & Chemicals Ltd. and Tudor India Ltd., a company promoted by Exide Group of USA.
He is currently the President of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is a regular speaker at various seminars and conferences, and is a contributory to articles in the areas of professional interest.
